Add new rule 19.2, as follows:
“19.2 Check in – Check out procedures
19.2.1 [SP] Sign in and sign out of the boats will be as follows: Each day of competition the
coaches or team leaders shall send a message to the Viber Race group with a list of the
competitors with the data:
a) Club of competitor
b) Competitor’s Name
c) Sail number
19.2.2 [SP] Sign out of every boat (according 19.2.1) must be done before she leaves ashore.
19.2.3 [SP] Sign in of every boat (according 19.2.1) must be done in 30 minutes after she comes
ashore, but not later than the protest time limit.”
19.2.4 The Standard penalty for these rules will be 2 points in the last sailed race of the day.”

“1.3 RRS Appendix B, for Techno 293 and Techno 293 Plus classes, will apply;
however, RRS B8.A8 is deleted.”
2. Change SI 10.3 (for the Techno 293 and Techno 293 Plus classes), as:
“The Starting Marks will be the Race Committee Vessel and a mark with staff.
The finishing Marks will be the Race Committee Vessel and a red cylindrical
buoy.
3. Change SI 14.1 (for the Techno 293 and Techno 293 Plus classes), as:
“The finishing line will be between the finishing Marks”
4. Add new rule SI 17.6, as:
“17.6 Hearing requests may be submitted online using the official notice board
within the protest time limit. In case of technical issue, hearing request on
paper forms shall be delivered to the race office within the protest time limit”
